1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using TTMCards (ttmcards.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our platform.

2. About TTMCards

TTMCards is an online marketplace for buying and selling Pokemon Trading Card Game (TCG) cards. The platform is operated by AIFAIS, based in the Netherlands. We facilitate transactions between buyers and sellers but are not a party to the sale itself.

3. Account requirements

  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
  • You must provide accurate and complete registration information
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • One account per person — multiple accounts are not allowed
  • We may require identity verification for sellers

4. Marketplace rules

For sellers:

  • Listings must accurately describe the card condition, including clear photos
  • Only authentic Pokemon TCG cards may be listed — counterfeit cards are strictly prohibited
  • Prices must be in EUR and include all applicable costs except shipping
  • Sellers must ship within 3 business days of receiving payment
  • Sellers are responsible for proper packaging to prevent damage during transit

For buyers:

  • Purchases are binding once payment is confirmed
  • Buyers must provide a valid shipping address
  • Report issues within 14 days of receiving the order

5. Fees and commission

TTMCards charges a commission of 6.5% on each completed sale. This fee is deducted from the seller's payout. There are no listing fees. Payment processing fees are included in the commission.

6. Payments

All payments are processed securely by Mollie. Supported payment methods include iDEAL, credit card (Visa, Mastercard), and Bancontact. TTMCards does not store payment card details.

Seller payouts are processed after the buyer confirms receipt or after 14 days without a dispute.

7. Shipping

Shipping costs are calculated based on the order value and destination country. TTMCards currently supports shipping within the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany. Sellers must use tracked shipping for orders above €30.

8. Disputes and returns

If a buyer receives an item that does not match the listing description, they may open a dispute. Our moderation team will review the case and may mediate a resolution including partial or full refund. Decisions by TTMCards moderators are final.

9. Prohibited conduct

  • Listing counterfeit, stolen, or illegal items
  • Manipulating prices, reviews, or search results
  • Circumventing the platform to avoid commission
  • Harassing other users
  • Creating multiple accounts
  • Using automated tools to scrape or interact with the platform

10. Intellectual property

Pokemon, Pokemon TCG, and all related trademarks are property of Nintendo, Creatures Inc., and GAME FREAK. TTMCards is not affiliated with, endorsed, or sponsored by these companies. Card images are provided via the Pokemon TCG API.

11. Limitation of liability

TTMCards is a marketplace platform. We are not responsible for the quality, authenticity, or delivery of items sold by third-party sellers. Our liability is limited to the commission fees collected. We do not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times.

12. Account termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Users may delete their account at any time through their dashboard settings.

13. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the Netherlands.
