We support iDEAL (Netherlands), Bancontact (Belgium), credit card (Visa, Mastercard), and bank transfer. All payments are processed securely by Mollie — we never store your payment details.

How does shipping work?

Shipping costs are calculated based on order value and destination. Orders under EUR 30 ship untracked (EUR 1.50-2.50), orders over EUR 30 ship tracked (EUR 4.25-5.50), and high-value orders ship insured. We currently deliver to the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany.

What if I receive a card that doesn't match the description?

You can open a dispute within 14 days of receiving your order. Our moderation team will review the case and mediate a resolution, which may include a partial or full refund.

How do I start selling on TTMCards?

Create an account, set up your seller store, and start listing cards. Our listing wizard guides you through selecting the card, setting the condition and price, and uploading photos.

What is the commission rate?

TTMCards charges 6.5% commission on each completed sale. There are no listing fees, subscription fees, or hidden charges. This is lower than Cardmarket (7%) and significantly lower than TCGPlayer (10.75% plus listing fees).

How do payouts work?

Seller payouts are processed after the buyer confirms receipt or after 14 days without a dispute, whichever comes first. Payouts are sent via Mollie to your configured bank account.

What condition categories can I use?

We use four condition categories: Mint/Near Mint, Lightly Played, Moderately Played, and Heavily Played. For graded cards, we support all major grading companies including PSA, BGS, CGC, ACE, SGC, MNT, TAG, and GMA.

How do I delete my account?

You can delete your account through your dashboard settings. Your personal data will be removed, though transaction records are retained for 7 years as required by Dutch tax law.

Card prices are set by individual sellers. We show Cardmarket market data (trend price, average sell price, low price) on card detail pages to help both buyers and sellers make informed pricing decisions.

Card grading is a process where professional companies like PSA, BGS, or CGC evaluate a card's condition on a scale of 1 to 10. Graded cards come in a sealed case with a grade label. Higher grades significantly increase a card's value — a PSA 10 Charizard can be worth 10x or more than an ungraded copy in similar condition.
